Began in 1980, My School of Music (MSMusic) has been proud to have served the communities here and abroad. We’re committed to providing the best private music education possible and absolutely gurantee progress and success. We set short and long term goals and aim to achieve for success. We go above and beyond to ensure and monitor the students' progress throughout each week. All students are guided in making a professional quality performance-video for college application (for both non-music majors as well as music majors).Students have been accepted to some of the top schools as Princeton, NYU, Columbia, Stanford, Yale, UCLA, UC Berkley, Duke, Cornell, Carnegie Mellon, Lynn, Juilliard School of Muisc, Manhattan School of Muisc etc...
ABOUT THE LESSONS
FLUTE: Formal training involves solos from the Baroque to 20th & 21st century repertoire, method books as Moyse, Taffanel & Gaubert, selected ètudes of Kohler, Karg-Elert, Berbiguier, Cavally ètude method books & some jazz.
SAXOPHONE; Formal training in classical include solos from the Baroque to 20th & 21st century repertoire, selected ètudes of Londeix, Mule, Ferling, Luft, Lacour, Klose, Rascher, Karg-Elert, some jazz.
Formal training in JAZZ STUDIES include general classical exercises, scales, arpeggios, ètudes such as Rubank, Luft & Ferling. JAZZ methods & studies include: Niehaus, Parker (Omnibook), Aebersold, jazz theory, bebop, blues, modes, rhythm, jazz forms, cadences, JAZZ TONE, modality concepts, transcriptions, jazz composition, pattern memory, how to use the circle of fifths, learning essential licks, targeted ètudes for jazz embouchure, inflections and other fundamentals.
Conservatory style lessons are offered on FLUTE & SAXOPHONE (classical or jazz studies). Weekly lessons are taught in your home in 1 hour or 1.5 hr. increments. Jazz Studies are 1.5 hrs. and Classical can either be 1 hr. or 1.5 hrs.
Yearly worldwide performance exams are available.
Competitions are available including Carnegie Hall, performance.
FEE SCHEDULE
First TWO lessons (45 mins. each) are FREE.
If more than 20 miles, additional fee may apply.
Regular Fee Schedule
1 hour lesson $97 per lesson (paid monthly)
1.5 hr. lesson $125 per lesson (paid monthly)

He has studied flute with Rampal, Peck and L. Moyse. PhD and DMA in music.
On the saxophone, he studied with Lanny Morgan, Bill Caukins and Brandon Fields.
